To add a fresh twist to your sweet potatoes, crush rosemary leaves with some olive oil, salt and pepper in your food processor. Cut your potatoes into wedges and to make sure to coat the potatoes well, add this rosemary mixture in a plastic bag toss the potatoes in, and give a good shake. Grill on high for 25 minutes and enjoy the potatoes as a biting or as a main meal with veg salad and grilled chicken.
