Drain and rinse pre boiled 4 cups of mixed beans and then place the beans in a salad bowl. Mince or crush 2 cloves of garlic and dice 1 pepper, then add them to the beans. In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, 3 tbsp of lemon juice, 2 tbsp parsley and garlic base(recipe is on the website ), salt, and pepper until it is emulsified. Pour over the salad and toss well to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 min. Toss the chilled salad, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve.
