We have lots of coriander on the farm and it’s fresh and pungent. Before we run out maybe you can give yourself a treat and try out this easy chutney that works as an accompaniment to chapatti, Rice, meat and chicken stew. All you need to do, is chop one bunch of coriander and add it to your blender together with, half cup Mala (sour milk), pinch of salt, juice from 1 lemon, 1 green chilly (optional), pinch of black pepper, 2 garlic cloves.
